Rowley keeps old guard for Local Government elections --


As he urged supporters who had left the party to ’come back home’, Dr Keith Christopher Rowley began his five-year term as Political Leader of the PNM yesterday, pledging to usher in a new leadership style and a new culture in which criticism, dissent and vigorous intellectual discussion within the party would be encouraged.
